@ransomcb   Seems like you bought into the web Edition in lieu of the Desktop program you purchased.

Do you think you're using the Windows desktop Edition and can't launch the program?   If so, attempt this technique.   Click the Windows Get started menu, then within the list of all plans, scroll all the way down to TurboTax 2023 and click on that to try launching This system.
